I got tired of feeling rushed in the morning these last few weeks and found a few simple things that have helped speed a few things along. I was able to save myself 45 minutes in the morning! That means I can have a better breakfast in the morning, even apply make up every morning!
1. Take a shower at night. Not only do I feel relaxed before bed but no more waking up at 5:30 for a shower. Which also means no more blow drying my hair in the morning. In total this has saved me 30 minutes in the morning.
2. Lay my clothes out the night before. I already know what I'm wearing so in the. Morning there is no debate what to wear. Plus on days I have to wear my uniform it is easily 5 minutes saved for having to dig in a drawer grab all items needed and unfold them.
3. No more heat to my hair in the mornings. Not only does this save me 10 minutes or so but also saves my hair. With minimum heat to my hair the less damage I'm doing to it. In the end I have less split ends. Thank goodness! Sorry flat iron I only need you two days a week now, Saturday and Sunday.
